Located on the ground floor of the villa, it has a private entrance, a bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom, designed to ensure privacy and comfort during your stay.

The apartment features an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower and bidet, a cozy living room, and a kitchen equipped with an oven, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, and microwave: everything you need to prepare your own meals.

The Garden

Guests have access to the villa’s garden, a communal area with direct lake views. Surrounded by Mediterranean plants, citrus trees, and verdant vistas, there is an area equipped with a table, chairs, sunbeds, and a parasol for outdoor relaxation. We ask you to respect the reserved areas, which are clearly marked in the photos.

Information

Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment shown in the photos and will receive a key for direct access to the street and the gate overlooking the lake.
