Appartamento Volta

The Volta Apartment is the oldest part of the villa, once used as a warehouse for oil and grain, and has now been converted into elegant and comfortable accommodation. It is located entirely on the ground floor and preserves original architectural elements such as the brick vault and the rough travertine marble floor, which perfectly complement the recent renovation.

Consists of

With its 130 square meters, it offers a fresh and spacious environment. The entrance opens onto a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen, including a toaster, kettle, refrigerator, microwave, and stove. It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and two single sofa beds, the second bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed, both air-conditioned, one overlooking the garden and the other with a beautiful view of the lake and garden. The apartment also has a private bathroom with a shower. From the living room, there is direct access outside to the gate leading to the lakeshore.

The Garden

Outside, the villa’s historic garden offers direct views of the lake and a tranquil atmosphere amidst ornamental trees, citrus trees, and natural blossoms. The green space is shared with the other guests of the residence, but a table, chairs, sunbeds and parasols are available for outdoor relaxation. Please note the restricted areas, which are clearly marked in the photos.

Information

Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment shown in the photos and will receive a key for direct access to the street and the gate overlooking the lake.
