The South Apartment is located on the upper floor of the villa and is accessible via a staircase. It is an intimate and functional solution, designed to offer comfort and privacy.

Consists of

The apartment consists of an air-conditioned double bedroom, a living area with a sofa bed, and a private bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator, and toaster. Here you'll find everything you need to feel at home, even on vacation.

The Garden

Guests have access to the villa’s garden, a communal area with direct views of the lake. Surrounded by Mediterranean plants, citrus trees, and verdant vistas, there is an area furnished with a table, chairs, sunbeds and a parasol for outdoor relaxation. We ask you to respect the reserved areas, which are clearly marked in the photos.

Information

Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment shown in the photos and will receive a key for direct access to the street and the gate overlooking the lake.

Check-in, during the following hours:
